Pilates Plus Physical Conditioning w/Mary Troy
Movement is an important aspect of health and top on my list when assisting my students to wellness. I offer a class blending Pilates Mat work with resistance flexibility exercises designed to break down dense fascia and scar tissue thus clearing pathways in the body along the major muscle meridians. Along with movements combining the work of Joseph Pilates and Bob Cooley, this class will address mind, body, and soul with the addition of doTERRA certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils. Oils will be supplied for you to experience if desired.
With 37 years of teaching experience including dance, pilates, skiing, and various movement modalities, an MFA in Dance Performance, education, and injury prevention, I have served on the faculties of UC Irvine, Mira Costa College, and Salisbury University as well as many studios throughout Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe, and Maryland. It is my desire to encourage others to learn and experience many ways to move and to address all aspects of health with natural solutions. Let’s KEEP MOVING!!!
